Security and trust
Practical commitments, plainly stated.
This page describes how Synkya Technologies Pvt Ltd handles data on this website and how we approach permissions and oversight in the workflows we build. It reflects commitments we hold ourselves to, not a certification.
Data handling for this website
Information submitted through our demo, contact, and career forms is stored in a protected database and available only through our restricted lead-management workspace. See the Privacy Policy for full detail on what we collect and how long we keep it.
Scoped agent permissions
Agents we build are limited to the systems, data, and actions approved for the specific workflow they run. We do not grant broad or standing access where narrower access would do the job.
Least access by default
Access is granted on a need basis for each workflow and reviewed as the workflow changes. Where a task does not need write access, we scope it to read only.
Human approval paths
Judgment calls, sensitive actions, and unusual cases are routed to a defined human reviewer before they take effect. Every workflow has a named owner responsible for those decisions.
Audit trails
We design workflows so teams can see what an agent handled, what it changed, and what it flagged for review, so activity stays reviewable rather than opaque.
Data residency approach
We work within the data residency and storage constraints of the systems and regions your organization already uses, and we document those choices as part of the pilot design rather than assuming a default.
